All Soul Choirs orders are made to order (we do not carry stock) and we aim to dispatch in 10 working days.  Items are sent using a 48 hour tracked service from Royal Mail.  If items need to be returned, they will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and the customer is responsible for the safe return of products (we suggest using a tracked service).  Damaged items will only be replaced with like for like products, in terms of both design and sizing.  Please order carefully and check with us if unsure regarding sizing.
